iPhone Disabled and hasn't been connected to or backed up to itunes

I understand I will lose whats on the phone, I just need to get it working again. Its my daughters phone (iPhone X) and its never been connected to a computer. So iTunes doesn't recognize it, at this point I just want to restore it so we can use it

iTunes doesn't recognise because you need to follow these instructions:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
