I have downloaded the windows 10 iso file in the Microsoft page, but when I tried to install windows 10 on my mac, the status is stuck on partitioning disk.Is this a bug? I waited almost 2 hours for the progress to be completed.Any help or suggestion?

Use Command+S during boot to enter Single-User Mode (Start up your Mac in single-user mode or verbose mode - Apple Support - reference ) and run
fsck_apfs -s -o -y /dev/rdisk1

From macOS Terminal, post the output of
diskutil list
sudo fsck_apfs -n -l /dev/rdisk1

The command is fsck_apfs, not fsuk_apfs.
Use lower case L not digit 1. Put a space between ‘-l’ and ‘/dev’.
Seems like I got a warning that said found physical extent corruption but repairs are disable. How can I fix this problem?
It seems like I just need to update my MacOS in order to get a proper installation of windows 10. Thanks anyways Loner!
You can update to Mojave(10.14).5 and retry.
