Hello, last week I got an app. So, used it only once and one week later, it purchased me for 9,990 kzt. I don’t want to use this app, that’s why I’m asking for your help. I already wrote to the apple support, but my request is not determine returning my money. What should I do in this case? Thank you

Have you now stopped the subscription : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ? Just deleting an app, or no longer using it, won't stop a subscription.
