ITunes Payment

A £9.99 payment has come out of my bank but i do not use itunes and it has not me.

ITunes payments Hello, I’ve noticed on my bank account that apple have taken 24 payments of £3.99 for iTunes, I’ve never had iTunes and it doesn’t show in my subscriptions. I can’t cancel with the bank as it says I need to contact Apple but ITunes doesn’t show on my active subscriptions. Any advice would be gratefully received. Thank you.
