iPhone X charging very slowly after I updated my software and sometimes the battery gets stuck at same percentage.

I got my iPhone X a couple of days ago and strait out of the box it charges extremely slowly. It seems to charge at a rate of about 10% per hour. I’ve tried using other cords and chargers, I’ve tried restarting and the charging port is clean. Help me out! I paid for it and it seems useless. Please do something.
