Reboot your phone, and your router if you are using Wi-Fi for data for the phone. If you are an Apple Music user there may be new terms and conditions you need to acknowledge.

when I press the “cloud” to download the song, a circle starts spinning, like it’s loading... but it never does. So the “cloud” comes up again after a while trying to load.
