Apple Gift Card
When I make a purchase on iTunes how do I get Apple to redeem payment from my Apple Gift Card which is on file instead of my Credit Card on File?

You say “Apple gift card”.
Well, there are different types of gift cards. Some but not all are valid for iTunes purchases.

If your card is valid for iTunes purchases, then redeem it.

Once you redeem it, it will be used before your credit card for iTunes purchases (the ones that are valid to be made with a gift card).
