Text from Apple about stolen phone.

My partner lost her mobile phone in Stockholm last week. We received a text this morning from FindMyPhone saying it had been found in London this morning.

NO! It is a phishing scam to get you to enter your Apple ID and password and thus the thieves will be able to remove activation lock from the phone. You will get an email from Apple notifying you that the phone has been found and/or a find my phone notification. The email will NOT ask you to enter credentials.

Check the Find my Phone app in order to verify the status of the lost phone.
