My iPhone 6s won't sign in to iMessage. I've turned messaging off and on, wifi off and on, and turned the phone off and on several times. This was the only advice I could find on the subject.

Messages - If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
