Cancelled subscription

Hi I cancelled my 0.99p a week subscription to Symbolab on 4 May 19 but seem to be still getting charged 0.99 every week. Been to manage subscriptions and it’s definitely cancelled

If you cancelled it at least 24 hours prior to its renewal date contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
