Voicemail full
I have an iPhone X running iOS 12.2 and people are getting a message that my voicemail is full when it isn't. What is the fix?

VoiceMail is carrier specific service. The messages are full at the Carrier's server end. Contact the Cellular Service provider and get to know the process of deleting from their server
Before that store all important voice mail on your iPhone and then delete from the carriers' server
