i have iphone 7 plus when i play music the sound comes from ear speaker but not from down speaker, i tried restarting, Bluetooth off and every thing but nothing works

Check the balance: Settings/General/Accessibility - The balance control will be near the bottom of the options. If it is set correctly next tap mono audio to see if the problem is in the music source.
