activation locked
I purchased this iPhone not knowing that there would be an activation lock I"ve restored it n updated the soft ware through iTunes but still needs the previous owner apple id how can I by pass this n factory restart my iphone
Ask the seller to remove the lock or give you a refund. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure; Apple generally won't bypass it on secondhand devices.
