Hi I have a old Apple ID what I usher use and want to put it on this phone but I can’t because I haven’t access to the old number

I can’t remember I haven’t used it for like 2 years
Where is it asking you for the phone number?
When I’m putting my I’d in it’s asking for code that’s been sent and it’s to my old number
Do you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled and you need a verification code?
